Dear sir,I will like following administrative as well as technical changes:-1- I will ensure that all the officers with the rank ITO and above are provided with official car.2- I will make electronic filling of all types of returns mandatory with a filling fees through TIN FC.3- I will make mandatory scrutiney of return once in five year for all the assessees.4- I will increase the area of TDS/TCS.5- I will abolish 44AB in stead I will introduce a system of audit of the assessee who is selected in scrutiney from a chartered accountant appointed by the Ministry of Finance from the panel maintained by it on the remuneration fixed by the ministry. This audit report will be submitted before start of the proceeding of scrutiney.6- I will ensure direct refund within 90 days of filling of return.7- I will abolish the post of CIT(Appeals) in stead I will create a post of CIT(Settlement & reassessment) having power of section 263 and section 264.8- I will abolish FBT in stead will introduce a system of mandatory disallowance of certain percantage of expenses now covered in FBT.9- I will make PAN madatory in all the registration of motor vehicle/ immovable property and also in all the bank and insurance transactions.10.
