Can't reproduce it here on two different PC's, what ticks have you in
the Rotational axis section (if any)?

Toolpath or screen? If screen, I'd reckon PC problems, something running
like qttask or antivirus, or a network driver? PC's up to date with
graphics drivers and DirectX ?

What look ahead have you got? Try reducing it to something like 2 and
see if that has any effect.

But, after checking PC for background tasks, I'd be tempted to make a
note of all settings, uninstall Mach, delete the folder, reboot and
reinstall from scratch and manually enter all the settings again. I've
had to do that once on the shop PC when it was acting weird. Something
had got corrupted.

Also if it's been on the net, download and run spybot on it, there's a
keylogger trojan knocking about that I've seen on several different
peoples PC's lately, including my desk PC here, which has the latest
McAfee Enterprise AV on it :(
