QuickTime 7.4, which was released in early January, appears to have a
bug that causes serious problems with Starry Night on Windows
operating systems. We would recommend not updating QuickTime until
further notice.
If you have already installed it, or if your computer automatically
installed it, remove it by clicking on Start/Programs and looking for
the QuickTime uninstaller. (Do not use the Add/Remove Programs utility
in your Control Panel, as it does not completely uninstall QuickTime.)
You should then install version 7.3.1, which you can download from:
