As a mom who has had kiddos in speech, the others are right about the r and l being developmental, most children on average produce those sounds by age6. However, not all do. What I would recommend doing with that is called acoustic highlighting. You simply highlight those sounds for them throughout the day, I'd be careful not to embarrass them but maybe when you have them aside from everyone else. If they say "wobot" or "obot" she could say "RRRrobot" just making the R sound a little stronger than the rest of the word.
