URGENTLY REQUIRED

PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (MAKIN Group),
a rapidly growing Palm Oil company with its Planting location spread in all
over Indonesia, is the holding company of numerous subsidiaries involved in
various sectors of agribusiness, including palm oil, reforestation, timber
estate, and clove plantation.
The company is now seeking a highly qualify candidate for the position:

General Manager HR & GA (GMHR)

Requirement :
Min. S1 Degree majoring law/management/psychology from reputable university
Sumatra and Kalimantan based
Have min. 2 years experience as General Manager HR & GA, or
Have min. 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager
(Preferably) experienced in plantation/agro industry
Deep HR & GA working knowledge (i.e Jamsostek, employment, recruitment,
training, organizational development)
Experienced in managing more than 7500 employee
Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party
