Qualifications :
§ Mature, people oriented, visionary
§ Have a strong personal integrity
§ Minimum Bachelor degree from HR Management, Psychology, Industrial
Engineering and Law (preferably from overseas university)
§ Male, maximum 45
§ Must be fluent in English both of oral and written
§ Min. 10 years of working experience in HR spectrum
§ Experience in HR policy implementation
§ Experience in strategic planning and strategic decision making for
HR matter
§ Good experience in recruitment, compensation & benefit and other
related HR
function
§ Communicative, well-adjusted & independent
§ Good analytical and having sense of curiosity
§ Physically and mentally healthy
§ Team player but able to be independent
§ Willing to work hard and under pressure
§ Self motivated individuals with ability to communicate with all
level of management and staff
§ Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point,
etc)
§ To be placed in Balikpapan
