UniSadhuGuna (USG) is an education institution that offers services in
English language training and preparation for students wishing to study
abroad, in particular Australian Universities. We provide excellent quality
education services to investors, corporations, governments, teachers and
students all over Indonesia. Due to our fast growing business in 2007, we
urgently need qualified Personnel Manager with the following requirements:
PERSONNEL MANAGER
Perquisite Requirements:
Proficient in English (Oral & Writing)
Excellent in operating PC in particular mic. Excel, access (database)
Requirements:
University graduate with at least 2 years experience in providing HR and
Admin support services
Familiar with local HR regulation, expatriate documentation procedures and
have at least 1 year experience in handling company documents / lisences
Good knowledge in HRD operation, including training
Strong numerical & analytical skill
Familiarity with database and payroll system will be an advantage
Attention to detail, persistent and integrity in pursuing tasks
